The Guadua tech team has recently completed a very large structures in Bogotá named Bahia that is over 20000 sq ft.. They have also successfully designed another low income kit structure for a group who builds homes for the poor.  Bamboo News  
Treated materials are only available from Koolbamboo, green or untreated bamboo products are not an option, because of the damage caused by Dinoderas Minutas (powder post beetles) and fungi.
