This is hand built furniture from the South American Andes mountain range not to be compared with the furniture of Asia. The design of this furniture is completely unique and uses joinery techniques that span several hundred years. Built without the use of nails and screws our Guadua furniture will outlast anything else that is offered with alternative connection methods . Guadua bamboo is the strongest material available on the bamboo market today and has been used structurally in building construction. The  hard wood properties and wall thickness of Guadua Bamboo allows these pieces to survive daily use with minimal care.  "Quality and Integrity never go out of style".

It is recommended that this furniture is used for shaded patios and interiors to prevent oxidation and whitening of the bamboo and finishes. The Guadua bamboo used in this furniture has been cut under governmental supervision to insure sustainability of the bamboo forests. The poles are meticulously selected for proper age and dried in a solar kiln to 12% relative humidity to prevent cracking which is inevitable in extremely dry climates however the checking of this material will not affect the structural integrity of these pieces it simply adds character to the markings which naturally appear on this bamboo from its strenuous life in the Guadual (bamboo Forest).
